Why is it so hard to find an open spot? Well, I have some big news! Read on!
I’ve been offered and have accepted a job at an event & touring production company and will be starting in August. For those of us who have worked together for a while, you may know this is the world that brought me to Nashville in 2000. I struggled with the decision – after five years of loss and struggle, it seems I finally was beginning to break even with my little business. It has been a labor of love. I’ve learned so much from each of you. You are valued; I am humbled over and over by your trust.
So what’s next? Great question. I’m almost booked up for July, but please contact me if you want on the cancellation list – you may be able to swoop in. I’ll be taking a “mostly hiatus” in August as I transition to my new gig. I also will miss the work, so you never know – reach out! There may be a bonus cup of tea in it when I’m not so pressed for time!
And then there’s this:
Finally, after waiting for five years, I’ve begun one on one training in the Structural Integration 10 Series with Jo Justian. Why are you still training, you ask? I love this work. This is important work, and I am excited to offer these new tools. My availability will be limited to private practice – all you have to do is call or email me at MelanieJoyeLMT @ gmail .com and we can work out an evening or weekend session! I am also happy to refer you to a few selected therapists – the ones that treat me. Shoot me an email and I’ll send their info, because they are amazing, and the most important thing is that you feel better.
I cannot thank you enough for being part of this. And I want to publicly thank Amanda McClanahan and Cognito Hair Design for their generous support, my wonderful room, and all the laughter. There are no words for how grateful I am for the kindness and silly extended to me by Amanda, Patrick, Mark, Kat, Dana, and Taylor. (and Sarah’s back!!!) Go get yourself a fabulous haircut!
Reach out anytime!
You can still find me Facebook and Twitter and Instagram for occasional updates!
