Cancellations ~ No Shows ~ Late Arrivals
My Cancellation Policy is detailed on the New Client Intake Form, which you autographed prior to your first session. At the time of booking, you agree to a minimum 24 hour advance notice via text, email, or phone call. Not social media, please! That time is reserved for you. Without advance notice, it leaves me no time to see the message or to fill that spot. So here we go: if you book a session for 4pm on a Friday, notice must be given before 4pm on Thursday. If you’re running late, send me a courtesy text so I know you’re ok and we’ll make the best of your remaining time! Please allow travel time for high-volume traffic. Be safe out there!
Last minute cancellations are problematic for “by appointment only” businesses in more than one way! Without at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation, it’s nearly impossible to fill your vacancy with another person in need, especially when I can only accommodate a certain number of clients during the week. Please be mindful of this when you choose a session. Remember, you’re paying not just for a session with me, you’re benefitting from my years of training, expertise, and the time I’ve invested in your appointment before your session even begins!
I’m excited to have online booking again! The current system allows booking online, but not cancellations. Text or email me if you need to cancel so I can stay aware of updates. You will get an email reminder 2 days prior to your session, and a text reminder 2 hours prior. I encourage you to grab the session(s) that best fit your schedule. I’m happy to work with you to reschedule or find more times ~ always feel free to ask!
As some of you discovered with the winter storm rager of 2021, sometimes we get iced in. Please don’t hesitate to reach out regarding inclement weather – we can work together to reschedule!
